Shuttle & Transportation

We are providing complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue for our guests.

If you plan to use the shuttle, please indicate “yes” within your RSVP form. If you previously selected “no”, you may update your response anytime before April 17th!

Shuttle pick-up and drop-off will be at both hotel blocks: De Soto House and Best Western Galena. You do not need to be staying at either hotel to use the shuttle - you’ll just need to find your way there :)

Important Timing Details:

  • Please arrive at your selected pick-up location by 2:40 PM on May 17th.

  • The shuttle will depart between 2:40-2:50 PM.

  • The time is strict, the shuttle will not be able to wait. Make sure you are on time!

At the end of the evening, return shuttles will depart the venue at:

  • 9:00 PM - Early departure

  • 11:00 PM - Stayed to celebrate and made it to the end!

Shuttles will drop guests off at their original pick-up location.

If you are not planning on using our provided shuttle transportation to and from the wedding, when arriving at our venue, you will be directed with signage to a large parking lot. Please be aware that Galena to our venue is 30-45 minutes of drive time.

Dress Code

The dress code for our wedding is Colorful Cocktail. A dress with personality and a suit with style! We would love for you to embrace a bold color or pattern.

For ladies, we are describing cocktail attire as anywhere from above the knee, midi length or full length dresses with a nicer fabric (chiffon, silk, velvet, charmeuse, crepe, etc.) and for the gentlemen, a suit with a suit shirt and perhaps a tie. Please note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, and our reception will be held in a pavilion that can be heated in cooler temperatures.
